COACHING - word cloud as colored word sphere - NEW TOP TREND

Are you struggling to know if you are doing the right thing as a coach or AD? Do you need some guidance on how to get to where you want to go with your team or your staff? Are you looking for new ideas on programs to implement to become the best team/staff that you can be? Do you need someone to bounce ideas off of, but you don’t know where to turn? Do you have someone (or more than one) on your staff that needs some extra work to develop, but you don’t have the time or resources to devote to all that it is going to take to get her/him up to speed?

Let Me Help!

As a veteran coach and athletic director, I have seen a lot that coaching youth and school athletics can throw at us. I have dealt with many of the same issues that you face on a regular basis without any kind of a manual. I know it’s not easy. Everyday brings new challenges and struggles, and it often feels like we are drowning with no one to throw us a life preserver. Unfortunately, this system has led us to a point where we are losing good coaches at an alarming rate, and we are losing good AD’s even faster.

But what if these coaches and AD’s were armed with ideas, strategies, and tactics to better navigate the youth/school athletic scene so as to feel empowered to be their best? What if we could give them tools to help them better understand how to address the many and varied situations that they face in the course of a season or a year? Could we then start to retain the people that could be great in these jobs but just don’t have the confidence or the understanding of the best ways to perform them? What if we could help that young coach who brings a lot of passion to the job but doesn’t always comprehend the best methods to work with kids or doesn’t foresee and understand the outcomes of his/her actions? If we can do these things, we can strengthen our programs and begin to create the kind of positive athletic/activities experience for our kids that we are seeking.

But HOW do we do that?  Contact me to set up a FREE 30-minute phone or Skype consultation to discuss your needs.
